Formula 1 Models – cars in 1:43 and 1:18 scale
The Formula 1 Models collection covers cars from current and past seasons: Bburago Ferrari SF-25 of Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton from 2025, Max Verstappen's Red Bull RB21, Oscar Piastri's McLaren MCL39 and MCL38, and the historic Williams FW11 of Nigel Mansell from the 1986 British Grand Prix by MCG.
Brands and series
- Bburago – affordable diecast models. In 1:43 there is a standard series and the Signature series with a driver figure in a clear display box, plus special editions (Miami, Las Vegas) and sets with a pit garage or an Iveco truck. See Bburago F1 Models and Bburago Scuderia Ferrari models.
- LookSmart – Italian resin Ferrari models, such as Carlos Sainz's SF-24 from his 2024 Australian Grand Prix win in 1:18. See LookSmart and BBR Scuderia Ferrari F1 models.
- Spark – detailed resin models of individual races: Spark F1 Models.
The collection also includes several Le Mans models (Ferrari 499P) for Ferrari fans who follow endurance racing too.
How to choose
1:43 (an F1 car is roughly 11–13 cm) is ideal for collecting a whole season or a driver's career, while 1:18 is a striking desk piece. Mind the season too: from 2026 F1 cars have a maximum wheelbase of 3,400 mm instead of 3,600 mm, so new-generation models will be slightly shorter at the same scale. Frequently asked questions
How does Bburago Signature differ from the standard series?
The 1:43 Signature series includes a driver figure and a clear display box. The standard series has no figure.
Is a resin model better than a diecast one?
Resin allows finer detail and small runs (individual races), but it is more fragile. Diecast models are heavier and more durable.
